Welcome to Jekyll Island Fun Vacation Rentals

This Airbnb was great in more ways than one! Provided helpful information in a binder and on the fridge, plus the outdoor amenities (bikes, beach chairs, grill, table, etc) was definitely a plus! Short walking distance to the beach, and nice bike rides to the Beach House restaurant, golf course, and further exploring. The “garattage” was just perfect for us two and our small dog for a long weekend stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend at Jekyll!

The cottage was in a great location on the island with lots of amenities. The cottage was so clean and cozy. There was plenty of space for our family and the outside area was wonderful! Don and Marcia were so kind and hospitable. They were amazing hosts and we look forward to staying again soon!

Don and Marcia were great hosts. I had trouble unlocking the door and Don arrived quickly to help. It was user error - totally my fault! There were snacks ready and it was nice being able to decompress from a full day of work and travel.

We had a fantastic stay at Don and Marcia's cute cottage on Jekyll Island! The cottage was charming, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for beach access and local attractions. Don and Marcia were wonderful hosts, providing great recommendations and being very accommodating. We can't wait to return and highly recommend their cottage for a delightful getaway.

Peaceful, quiet, and as natural as possible. That’s why I go to Jekyll. Don and Marcia’s “Garottage” was a complement to these Jekyll characteristics. We truly felt right at home among the natives. Of course, Jekyll is still Jekyll. Let’s hope it stays that way forever. Thank you for having us!

I absolutely loved this little studio for my week stay. I was comfortable, the place is very convenient to the beach, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Everything felt brand new and updated. The shower is amazing! The little private patio with a gate is very cute. The owners are so nice and accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. It was very quiet and just a really nice neighborhood all around. I will definitely be booking this place again!

Don and Marcia welcomed us into their home for the week of our honeymoon! It was such a wonderful and peaceful stay. There are so many places to explore on the island, but their home’s location was perfect distance from everything - a simple walk to the beach and a short drive or bike ride to the restaurants! Thank you again for making our experience so spectacular! We are excited for our future adventures on the island again!

Place was roomy and perfect for our family of 4. I loved that there were enough kitchen supplies for us to cook breakfast and some dinners. Very short walk to the beach and a short walk or bike ride to everything on the island. It was also close enough for a day trip to Savannah, just an hour and a half drive. Beach wasn’t crowded, we spent the days at the beach and didn’t even use the pool.

Our family has been meeting at Jekyll Island for many years to enjoy a summer vacation together. We've used many different rentals and they've all been very nice, but this was far and away the nicest rental we've EVER stayed in! First and foremost, the house was absolutely spotless!! The area was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. When we walked in there was a sweet note (handwritten!) from Don and Marcia welcoming us and reminding us to call or text if we had questions or concerns along with a basket of snacks! The place was tastefully decorated and we were left with plenty of blankets, pillows, etc! We didn't have an opportunity to ride the bicycles, but we did appreciate the beach towels, boogie boards, and sand toys for the beach! Don and Marcia didn't overlook a single detail and we couldn't have been more comfortable! Going forward, we will ALWAYS stay in this rental if it's available!

Marcia and Don were great hosts. Everything was clean and very accurate to the description. They were very proactive in their communication and give lots of great insight on the area for eating and recreation. Great stay!!
