Centrally located, freshly renovated, and wonderfully appointed to create an amazing experience with memories to last a lifetime. You’ll love the open floor plan and high ceilings with exposed beams. Large backyard with games, plants, and bikes. Short walk/bike to beach, golf, tennis. Close to restaurants.
Good to know
This space is freshly remodeled with beautiful colors and freshly painted bright white tongue and groove on the ceiling with exposed beams. Comfy couch and chairs. Tile floors. Two TVs (living room and bedroom). August Lock system for easy entry via keypad, or key entry provided at your request. Relax on the front porch, or enjoy the beautiful backyard for grilling and games. You will love the peaceful, mid-island location.

Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located on the island for easy access to fun stuff. Short walk to the beach to enjoy an amazing sunrise. Ride your bike to the Millionaire's Village and enjoy a breathtaking sunset and you will pass golf course/tennis courts on the way. Putt-putt golf close by. Restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Ride or Drive to Amazing Driftwood Beach A must see!

The left side is B with the large carport. Large paver patio with misting fan and shower. Table and chairs with umbrella. Large backyard to enjoy completely fenced in separate from the other side. Private! We have about 6 bikes to enjoy the miles of beautiful trails.
