Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located on the island for easy access to fun stuff. Short walk to the beach to enjoy an amazing sunrise. Ride your bike to the Millionaire's Village and enjoy a breathtaking sunset and you will pass golf course/tennis courts on the way. Putt-putt golf close by. Restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Ride or Drive to Amazing Driftwood Beach A must see!

The left side is B with the large carport. Large paver patio with misting fan and shower. Table and chairs with umbrella. Large backyard to enjoy completely fenced in separate from the other side. Private! We have about 6 bikes to enjoy the miles of beautiful trails.
