Each bedroom contains a ceiling fan, soothing ocean-inspired colors, and lovely exposed beam ceilings. The primary suite is furnished with a cushy queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV for enjoying entertainment from the privacy of your room. A closet and large dresser offer plenty of space to store your belongings. The second bedroom offers two twin-sized beds with plenty of storage space The full bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms and features a tiled walk-in shower, plenty of fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ You’ll feel right at home in the cottage’s fully-equipped kitchen. This bright, airy space has all the appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to cook tasty meals. You’ll also find a washing machine and dryer here to take care of your laundry needs. You can enjoy your meals at the kitchen table (seating for four), or walk through the door to head outside to the picnic table to dine alfresco while enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. The spacious living room sits across from the kitchen and features a flat-screen smart tv, a comfy sofa and loveseat with a cushy chair. This is the perfect area for movie nights, planning your next exciting day around Jekyll Island, or simply relaxing after a day of fun in the sun at the beach! ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The expansive outside space features a picnic table and plenty of yard space for pups or kids to run around, play, and burn off some energy. You’ll have access to an outdoor shower, a grill, and patio furniture in the backyard (shared with the other side of the duplex). The lovely front porch offers chairs that create the perfect place for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a quiet moment alone. In addition to the outdoor space on the property, you will also have free access to two hotel pools located on the beach nearby. Feel free to use the complimentary bikes available for both children and grownups to get around the neighborhood and explore. Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located on the island for easy access to fun stuff. Short walk to the beach to enjoy an amazing sunrise. Ride your bike to the Millionaire's Village and enjoy a breathtaking sunset and you will pass golf course/tennis courts on the way. Putt-putt golf close by. Restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Ride or Drive to Amazing Driftwood Beach A must see!

Guest Access

You will have private access to the entire home, which is on the right side (side A) of the duplex. Enjoy the two flat-screen TVs, laundry facilities, full kitchen, lounge space, and huge backyard. We love the peaceful, mid-island location, and you will too! Don’t hesitate to reach out with questions if you want suggestions on the area. Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles and an EV charger is available for guests who need it. We encourage you to use the bikes and beach gear provided - no need to overpack! The home is equipped with an August Lock System for easy entry via smartphone, keypad, or key entry provided at your request. Please note that the pet fee is $100 per pet. Please let us know the type and weight for approval when booking. Large backyard (shared with Side B) with partial fence around perimeter. We have lots of bikes (also shared with Side B and easy to access for both) to enjoy the miles of beautiful trails. The right side is A. Large paver patio with fan and shower. Table and chairs with umbrella. Large backyard to enjoy. with Shared with Side B. We have about 10 bikes to enjoy (Shared with side B) the miles of beautiful trails.
