This space is freshly remodeled with beautiful colors and freshly painted bright white tongue and groove on the ceiling with exposed beams. Comfy couch and chairs. Tile floors. Two TVs (living room and bedroom). August Lock system for easy entry via smartphone, keypad, or key entry provided at your request. Relax on the front porch, or enjoy the beautiful backyard for grilling and games. You will love the peaceful, mid-island location.

Absolutely no smoking Or smokers! No vaping! No parties or events. Pets must be approved by owner. Let me know what kind and size please. $100.00 each Minimum age to book this property is 26 yrs old. Proof of age may be required. Do not flush feminine products down toilet.
